Shua was founded by Davit Jintcharadze.
Davit brings more than five years of experience across academia, the civic and business sectors, and high-impact organizations within the Effective Altruism community. Before moving back to Tbilisi, Georgia, he worked with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds in London and Abu Dhabi.
LinkedIn profile ↗Before starting Shua, Davit completed a fellowship in political technology at Newspeak House in London, a graduate degree in psychotherapy from the University of Cambridge, and a bachelor's degree in psychology and neuroscience from New York University.

Before starting Shua, Davit conducted research at the Center for Brain & Health at NYU Abu Dhabi. His work contributed to a peer-reviewed paper on the effects of perceived competence and masculinity in politics.
